  • How will the system remain compliant?

    We have configured our data model and workflows to match the current best practices as defined by the CQC, the Information Commission and other pertinant bodies.

    Our system is also agile meaning we can work with you to make changes as the needs and compliance issues change from time to time.

  • Can I add fields to the system that might be specific for me?

    Yes you can.

    We have a ‘core’ management model that is compliance confirmed and includes our databases, Software, Workflows and data connections that nobody can change.

    However, you can ‘build’ on top of these like, for example adding a field or several fields to the Daily Records, Care Plan or Risk assessments.  These changes will be made just for your version of the software.

    As we are built on the power platform you can also create your own flows, data views and reports using Microsoft Technology.

    As long as your organisation agrees to give you that layer of access then our job is to enable you to do yours quickly and efficiently.

  • How secure is the system?

    Our System is very secure. Your data is stored on UK servers which comply with DEDOS and GDPR guidelines. Data is backed up and we offer 99.9% access to the server across the course of the year.

    Our system uses secure log-ins to make sure data is only accessible to people who should be viewing it.

    Access to the system and access levels are set by the manager, so each service has complete control of who can access the data.

  • Will the system help me prepare for CQC/Ofsted inspection?

    Our software is both focused on the service users to help deliver safe, effective and person-centred care, and built around software users to ensure it’s simple to implement and apply in your organisation.   • Can we make changes to the system once live?

    During the implementation process we will work with you to customize where necessary, once live you will be able to request a change, or we can empower you to make changes to your system.
